Joyce creates classes that engage the whole of you from head to foot. Her emphasis on working with the breath in the context of each and every pose is a powerful antidote to the “mind chatter” that comes up in yoga practice. I love the class. Joyce is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever had! She is very mindful of the abilities of everyone in the class and offers variations to all the poses based on our ability. One class I was the only one who showed and she gave me a private class focusing on my low back pain. I’m still doing some of those poses to keep it in check.  ~J.F

Joyce’s class combines challenging work and incredible relaxation.
