YogaMetta is a scent-free facility

With love and respect for all who practice here, we request that you do not use any of the following products before arriving at YogaMetta: perfume; cologne; scented lotions or makeup; scented soap, deodorant, shampoo or conditioner; scented sunscreen; insect repellant; essential oils; clothing washed with scented detergent or any kind of fabric softeners or dryer sheets.

Of course we understand it’s unlikely any of us can completely avoid all scented products. Please do your best, and be aware that everyday products such as detergent and dryer sheets, and even lovely, naturally-derived scents (including essential oils) can cause physical discomfort for some people. YogaMetta is happy to welcome all students into a scent-free shared environment.
